Fluffy Honey Butter

I served this fluffy honey butter along with the pumpkin cornbread I shared yesterday.  This recipe comes from My Kitchen Cafe.  The main difference with this honey butter is that you use marshmallow creme with it in addtion to the butter and honey. The marshmallow creme gave it a different element of sweetness.  I also thought it went very well the the pumpkin cornbread.





Honey Butter
 
2 sticks butter, softened
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup marshmallow fluff

Whip all together with an electric mixer and serve at room temperature (can be refrigerated and softened).Stumble Upon Toolbar

My Kitchen Cafe is great. (I just visited there before I came here.) I never saw this there. It looks so fluffy.
